No23 Recorder ist ein AudioRecorder, der alles was auf dem PC an Audio abgespielt wird aufnehmen kann. Also solche Quellen wie:
- Aufnahme vom Microfon
- Aufnahme vom WebRadio
- Aufnahme vom Internet-Telefon VoiceOverIP (z.B. Cisco Softphone, Skype etc.)
Als Aufnahmeformat wird MP3 unterstützt.
