Eine sehr bekannte Software zum editieren von ID3-Tags von MP3-Dateien.

ID3-Tags der Version v2.4 sind vielfach problematisch. Man kann solche Tags konvertieren in v2.3 indem man wie folgt vorgeht:

  • Einstellen v2.3 als Standard-Format (Menue > Extras > Optionen > Tags > Mpeg > Schreiben > ID3v2.3 UTF-16
  • MP3-Datei, die v2.4 hat, selektieren und - unverändert - speichern. Schon hat man v2.3
