NTFS steht für New Technology File System und wurde 1993 von Microsoft als Filesystem für Windows NT 3.1 eingeführt.

NTFS wird auch für die Nachfolgesysteme Windows2000, WindowsXP, Windows Vista usw. verwendet.

Begrenzungen

  • Dateigröße: 16 TB
  • Dateiname: 255 Byte
