PVAstrumento ist ein Tool, mit dem Hauptzweck einen MPEG-Transportstream (MPEG-TS) so wie er für DVB-T-Sendungen verwendet wird, in MPEG-Programmstream (MPEG-PS) umzuwandeln, so wie es zum Abspeichern auf Festpaltte/DVD benötigt wird.
