Ein neuer AudioPlayer, der zur Zeit (Version 0.3 vom 27.10.2007) noch "alpha" ist. Zur Zeit (Dez 2009) ist die aktuelle Songbird-Version 1.20....
Songbird is based on Mozilla's XULRunner platform, thus capable of running on Microsoft Windows, Apple Mac OS X, and most distributions of Linux with few modifications.
On the Windows and Macintosh platforms, Songbird utilizes the VideoLAN (VLC) Client plugin for media playback and SQLite for MediaLibrary organization and storage.
